*****RITCO’s treasury is drained because many residents have not paid dues which have remained only $30 per year for decades.  As of June 5, 2026 Dominion Energy of South Carolina has suspended the neighborhood’s service account and half the subdivision’s streetlights will be turned off for nonpayment for the first time since 1993. RITCO will need to provide a deposit roughly equal to two months’ payment to resume service.*****
